The registration of an accompanying person needs to include the information of the associated participant.

The general registration fee includes attendance at the welcome cocktail and the conference on Monday through Wednesday, with meeting material, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the dinners on Monday and Tuesday. 

REGISTRATION OPENS ON June 1, 2026, AND IS OPEN UNTIL August 15, 2026. 

Registration will be confirmed by email once payment has been received by the institution.

Payment methods are: 

• Payment by credit card
• For INRAE staff: internal billing only (contact your unit manager) - payment by credit card is not permitted.

• Management of registrations and payment of any registration fees
• Badges
• Written communication.

The legal basis of this processing is our public interest task.

According to their respective needs, the recipients of your personal data are the members of UMR SMART in charge of organizing the event

Unless you object, your surname, first name and organization to which you belong may be transferred outside the European Union as part of the distribution of the proceedings of the event and/or the list of those present at the event. Your contact details may be used to send you further information relating to the event in which you are taking part. If videos or photographs are taken during the event, you may object to their distribution by notifying the organiser.

Your personal data will be kept for a period of 2 months. This information will be stored under optimal conditions of security and confidentiality.

In accordance with the EU regulation on the protection of personal data and the French Data Protection Act, you are entitled to access, correct, oppose the use of on grounds relating to your particular situation (including newsletter, transfer to future organizers), and delete data held on you. Some requests may require proof of identity.
